USU Police received a report by phone of a theft of tool from a bag on a bicycle parked in the Aggie Parking Terrace.

USU Police responded to a call of found graffiti on the incident command trailer located in the parking lot of the Public Safety Building.  The graffiti appeared to have been written in a silver marker of some sort, and in the initials of DUB.  No suspect(s) known at this time.

USU Police responded to a residence in Aggie Village on a report of a Theft. The complainant stated that her credit card had come up missing sometime on 6/20/2015. Complainant does not know where she last used the card, nor does she she know if she misplaced it somewhere. Complainant has canceled her credit card. 
ORDINANCE VIOLATION - NOISE 154821 6/12/2015 6/12/2015 2331 Lundstrom Fire Pit CLEARED
USU Police responded to the fire pit on East Campus for a noise complaint.  USUPD officers found a group of approximately 10 individuals who were talking loudly. USUPD officers advised them that they were being too loud and that there had been a noise complaint.  Individuals around the fire pit discontinued use of the pit and left the area.

USU Police responded to the west stadium parking lot on reported damage to a vehicle.  After seeing the damage it appeared that it was caused by a person sitting or damaging the fender rather than a vehicle causing the damage.

USU Police responded to the Student Center at the Campus Store in three minutes for a report of fraudulent activities. Items are ordered over the internet with stolen credit card numbers.  A report was filed with Police.

USU Police responded to the Lundstrom fire pit for a noise problem. A group of student were being loud and keeping the Snow Hall residents awake. The quiet hour times were discussed with the students and they left the area.

USU Police received a noise complaint at the Lundstrom Center Fire Pit. Numerous individuals were contacted and informed of the quite hours rule. The individuals left the area with out resistance.

Individual trespassed from USU property by USU Staff and police.  Individual served letter.

USU Police took a report of a stolen bicycle and lawn chair.  Whereabouts of the property is unknown, no suspects known.

USU Police responded to the Animal Science building for a report of graffiti on a dumpster.  The graffiti was documented and removed.
CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE - MARIJUANA and LIQUOR LAW - MINOR POSSESSION OF ALCOHOL 154377 5/31/2015 5/31/2015 1345 450 N. 100 E. CLEARED ADULT ARREST
USU Police made a traffic stop on a vehicle for a seat belt violation. Further investigation revealed the driver, who is 18 years of age, was driving on the previous owners registration, had no proof of insurance and was in possession of alcohol. A second passenger was also arrested for MIP Alcohol and a third passenger was arrested for possession of marijuana and paraphernalia. The 4th occupant was under juvenile house arrest and was taken into custody and transported to the Cache Detention Center. Logan City Police assisted on this call and their K-9 helped facilitate in the arrests that were made after it alerted to the drugs that were later found in the vehicle.

While in the bike impound yard officers noticed that one of the bikes was missing and a stolen bike incident report was created.

USU Police made a traffic stop that resulted in a Failure to Appear warrant arrest. Subject was taken to the jail and released to their custody.

USU Police received a report of a stolen bicycle.  The bicycle was stolen from the Snow Hall bicycle racks.  Police are investigating.

USU Police received a report of a fraud which took place on the internet.  Police are investigating.

USU Police responded to the 1200 East 1000 N in four minutes for a report of a gas cap missing off from a University vehicle.  A report was filed with USU Police.

USU Police received a report of the theft of photo equipment.

USU Police were dispatched to a domestic problem at Aggie Village. Police determined it was only verbal and separated the parties.

USU Police where notified that a car had been keyed.  The complainant was advised to come to the Police Department to file a report.
LIQUOR LAW - MINOR POSSESSION OF ALCOHOL 153316 4/24/2015 4/24/2015 2320 Living Learning Center CLEARED ADULT ARREST
Officers responded to a noise complaint and located some individuals that had consumed alcohol.  Officers issued citations to those under age.
